Well, many of you will have found the letters you need in the picture 'The Secret Hope'. Did you get them?

Now take this one step further and look at the Alphabet Matrix on page 70 of the book The Voices, by Gordon Adams (RSGB2018). This will allow you to decode the message into something that makes sense for this time of year.
